Sadly it's not a real plate, just one the owner puts on it for track and autocross events.

It turns out you can't completely kill stability control on these so it was behaving super inconsistently when trying to drift it.

Oh cool. I’m planning to take the Cayman to a similar event at the lake I mentioned St. Paddy’s Day. How is it? Do you keep traction control on or off ? I need to research.

She knew it wasn't going to be fast on ice (it's got 275 width unstudded tires an a hemi) but nobody was expecting the unpredictable nature in which the disabled stability control would kick in.

Tons of fun. I have to keep traction control off if I want to be able to move. Otherwise it cuts in so aggressively it stalls when you disengage the clutch. Other than that just have fun. In my opinion ice trials are by far the best way to learn your car.

I stumbled on this just now. I live near Newfound Lake. Who’s organizing the event over there? Should be plenty of ice, it’s been super cold right up to this week. Although, it’s supposed to get very warm this week which could be a problem for the surface conditions....

Yeah I hope it's ok with the warm-up. I believe it's PCA so it may be regulated. But I don't think they'll check your certs lol
